Veterinary Surgical Services for Routine and Advanced Procedures

At South Auburn Veterinary Hospital, we assure our clients that the highest level of care, safety, and attention is given to each of our special pet patients. We do this through thorough pre-anesthetic surgery screenings, safe administration and monitoring of anesthesia throughout the procedure, and comprehensive aftercare.

  • Spay/Neuter
  • Dentistry

  • Bladder Stone Removal
  • Eye Surgery
  • Fractures
  • Exploratory Surgery
  • Abdominal Surgery
  • Wound Repair
  • Biopsy

In addition to surgeries performed by our doctors, we also offer advanced orthopedic surgeries, such as TPLO (to repair cruciate ligament tears) and patellar luxation repair. These more complex procedures are skillfully performed by our partnering board-certified surgeons. These professionals come to our hospital specifically for the care of our pet patients.

Pain Management and Monitored Recovery

Managing pain is a necessary part of surgical aftercare. During recovery, it is critical to keep your pet as calm and rested as possible for successful rehabilitation. Pain, however, need not be a part of this process of healing.

After your pet’s surgery, we will work with you to determine the correct medications and at-home modifications to help your pet successfully recover.

Our Modern Surgical Suite

Recently, we completely renovated our surgical suite. These changes meet the high standard of care our pet families have come to expect from us.
